The four-day Dalian Summer Real Estate Fair ending on Monday, July 19, 2010, attracted 190,000 visitors who bought a total of 8,236 houses or signed memorandums for tentative deal at Dalian World Expo Center.

The housing turnover declined compared to that of the real estate fair in summer last year.

Dalian Autumn Real Estate Fair 2010 will kick off at the world expo center on October 15 to 18.
