Christopher Columbus berthed at Dalian port

  CMA CGM CHRISTOPHER COLUMBUS, one of the world largest container ships, berthed at Dayaowan, Dalian, a port city of Northeast China’s Liaoning Province, June 8, 2010.

The ship stayed for five hours at Dayaowan and made the shipment of 8,358 standard containers.

The container ship with 365.5 meters in length and 51.2 meters in width has the maximum load of 157,092 tons and the room for 13,346 standard containers.

The CHRISTOPHER COLUMBUS is attached to the France-based CMA CGM company which is a worldwide leading container shipping group.
